Device Compatibility Limitations

We will not accept returns for products where the return reason is that the device is not eSIM compatible. It is the customer's responsibility to verify their device's compatibility with eSIM technology before making a purchase.

Before purchasing, please:

  • Check our compatible devices list
  • Verify your device model supports eSIM technology
  • Ensure your device is unlocked (if applicable)
  • Confirm your device settings allow for eSIM activation

How to Request a Return

If you need to return a product, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number, the specific product you purchased, and a detailed description of the issue you're experiencing
  3. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps
  4. If your return is approved, we'll process your refund through your original payment method
